Reassigned Tab

Most Pay.gov customers will not see this tab.

Some private agency payments require the form to be filled in by one person and then reassigned (sent) to another person to complete and submit the payment. (Only forms that can be reassigned have a Reassign link.)

To reassign a form

  1. Sign in.

  2. Your My Account page opens.

  3. Click the View My Forms button.

  4. Click the Private tab (the usual location for forms that can be reassigned).

  5. Select and complete the form.

  6. Click the Reassign link.

  7. On the Reassign page, type in the name of the person the form will be sent to.

  8. To add the form to your Saved tab, check "Save a copy of this form in my Saved Forms list."

  9. Click the Reassign button. The form is not added to your My Forms, Submitted tab.

To open a reassigned form

  1. Sign in.

  2. Your My Account page opens.

  3. Click the View My Forms button.

  4. Click the Reassigned tab.

  5. Find the form in the list. Sort the list, if needed.

  6. Click the Continue to the Form button.

  7. Review and complete the form.

  8. Click the Continue button and complete the payment.
