What Is a Bill?

A bill is a notice from an agency that a payment is required

Bills that do not require enrollment

Tip: To keep track of the bill and payment add any bill to your Pay.gov account. First log in and then enter the access code and security answer.

There are two ways to open and view bills

  1. After you have enrolled or added a bill to your account it will be included in the My Bills section of your My Account page.

  2. For bills that have not been added to your account (bills not requiring enrollment), click any Make a Payment link, click the Enter Access Code button and then enter the bill's access code and security answer.
