Enrolling in Electronic Billing

If enrollment is required, you can enroll after signing in to Pay.gov (preferred) or sign in as part of entering the bill's access code. After signing in you can also add bills to your account that do not require enrollment.

For a new bill you will receive a notice that includes an access code and a sign in link. Bills requiring enrollment will have the word "Enrollment" in the subject line. Separately you will receive the answer to a security question.

Enroll only once for any new bill or series of recurring bills.

Tip: You must repeat this process once for each separate agency bill requiring enrollment.
