Some agencies agencies allow you to attach files to some forms. Your attachments provide additional information about the payment.
The option to attach files opens after you have clicked the agency form's Continue button.
The types of files allowed and the total number of attachments allowed is listed. Agencies can allow any of three types of files:
TXT — A text-only file without formatting, such as those created by MicroSoft Notepad.
CSV — Comma Separated Values. A plain text-like file used for data originally in tables or spreadsheets. MicroSoft Excel allows spreadsheets to be saved in this format.
PDF — Files in the Adobe Portable Document Format.
In the Attach File box, type in the location of the file. For example, C:/YourFolder/AFile.txt.

Click the Browse button and locate the file to attach.
Click the Attach button.
Click the Next button.
