Making a Payment Without Signing In

Click here if you will sign in to to make the payment.

  1. Gather the information needed to make your payment, including your bank or credit card account information. The "Before You Begin" page lists the accepted methods of payment.

  2. On the home page, look under the Common Payments heading on the right side of the page.

  3. Under Department of Veteran Affairs, click the VA Medical Care Copayment link.

  4. Click the Continue to the Form button.

  5. Complete the form. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

    Tip: Do not use special characters ($, %, &, etc.) or punctuation (. , : etc.). For example, do not use periods. Type PO for P.O. box numbers. Abbreviate street as St (no period after the t).

  6. When finished, click the Continue button.

  7. Complete the Payment page. Required information is marked by an asterisk (*).

  8. Click the Review and Submit Payment button.

  9. Review your payment.

  10. To have a confirmation (receipt) emailed to you, check I would like to receive an email confirmation of this transaction. Then type in your email address and confirm it.

    Tip: To send the receipt to additional addresses, type the addresses in the CC: box. Separate them with commas (address1, address2, address3).

  11. Read the Authorization and Disclosure Statement

  12. You MUST check I agree to the authorization and disclosure statement. or your payment will not be accepted.

  13. Click the Submit Payment button

  14. Save or print (Print Receipt link) the confirmation page. It is your receipt until you receive the emailed copy.
