Saving Unfinished Payments

If your are unable to finish a payment, you can save the form with the information you filled and return to it later.

Tip: You can only save the agency form. For security, the payment page with account information cannot be saved. If you want payment information automatically filled in you can add accounts in your My Accounts page.

Saving an Agency Form

  1. Sign In.

  2. Open a VA Medical Copay form.

  3. Fill in any information you can.

  4. At the bottom of the form, click the Save button.

  5. The agency form with the information filled in is added to Saved tab in the My Forms section of your My Account page.

Opening and Using a Saved Form

Tip: Once an agency form is saved, you can duplicate (copy) it and use it for payments of the same kind as many times as you need

Using the saved form for one payment only

  1. Sign In.

  2. Your My Account Page opens.

  3. Click the View My Forms button.

  4. Click the Saved tab.

  5. Find the agency form used for the payment.

  6. Click the Continue to the Form button to the right of the description.

  7. The agency form opens with the information you filled in before.

  8. Make changes if needed and complete the form.

  9. Click the Continue button.

  10. The Payment Page opens.

  11. Complete your payment.

  12. After the payment is submitted, the agency form is deleted from the Saved tab. The completed form is added to the My Forms Submitted tab.

Using the saved form over and over for payments of the same kind

Tip: If you have more than one account, agency forms used in one account will not be seen in the other.

  1. Sign In.

  2. Your My Account Page opens.

  3. Click the View My Forms button.

  4. Click the Saved tab.

  5. Find the agency form used for the payment.

  6. Click the Duplicate link to the right of the form description.

  7. The agency form opens with the information you filled in before.

  8. If needed, change the dollar amount of your payment and any other information.

  9. Click the Continue button.

  10. Complete your payment.

  11. The original form remains in the Saved tab, and the copy you submitted with your payment is added to the My Forms Submitted tab.
