About this form

The SmartBUY form is used by General Services Administration (GSA) Industry Partners to remit fees to for the GSA SmartBUY program. This form cannot be used to remit any other fees for any other program at GSA. For example, rent or the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF). For remittance of those fees contact the program administrator or contracting officer.
