Use this form to make payment for a Special Use Event Permit at Woodcock Creek Lake.
ATTENTION: If not completed already, please contact the project office and let the staff member know that you would like to host an event and need to apply for a Special Use Event Permit. Project personnel will furnish you with a link or fillable PDF of the application and advise you on how to submit the document for review. If a reservation is also needed for your event (IE, a Pavilion), staff will provide guidance on how that separate process can be addressed.
