About this form

This form is used to pay the USCIS Regional Center Annual Fee

On October 1, 2022 and each October 1 thereafter, USCIS collects an annual fee from each regional center

Note: Credit card payments must NOT exceed $24,999.99 per card per day.   If submitting payment for more than (1) one annual fee (with a credit card), and the combined total exceeds $24,999.99, you must use the ACH payment method to complete your additional transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Bank account (ACH)
• Debit or credit card

With an account you can:

• See the payments you made since you created an account.
• Store payment information so you don't have to re-enter it.
• Copy a form you already submitted the next time you need to make a payment.
