Application for TVA Review of Projects Within Transmission Rights of Way
Notice: this form allows attachments. Please have your attachment(s) ready to submit before proceeding. One attachment may be added during the application process; it must be in .PDF, .CSV, or .TXT format. To send additional attachments, including .DXF files, please send an email to rightofway@tva.gov after you have successfully submitted your application. Once you have submitted your application you will receive a confirmation number; please include your confirmation number in the subject line of the email you send to rightofway@tva.gov containing your additional attachments.
Visit the Transmission System Right of Way Easements site to download the necessary forms for your attachment.
- If you are requesting a foreign line crossing, TVA Form 6573 should be filled out if you do not have engineering plans.
- If you are requesting to attach or jointly use TVA structures, TVA Form 6593 should be filled out if you do not have engineering plans.
