Please use this form to pay the fee associated with form 8717.

Note: For Form 5310, submitted on or after August 1, 2021, Form 5300 submitted on or after July 1, 2022, and Forms 5307 and 5316 submitted on or after July 1, 2023, the application and user fee are required to be submitted through Pay.gov.  When completing the applications for Forms 5310, 5300, 5307 and 5316 on www.pay.gov you will be prompted to pay the user fee at the end of the process.

Beginning on July 1, 2023, Form 8717 on www.pay.gov should only be used to make an additional payment to the Forms listed above.  Please send a copy of the additional payment confirmation page to the Employee Plans Specialist assigned to your application.
