Instructions on how to register to make an EVP payment

In order to complete the E.V.P. Fee Payment form to pay the $3,982 redesignation fee, you must first contact the Department of State to request access to this form. The Department of State will collect contact
information from you and direct Pay.gov to create a user name and password that grants access to the redesignation form. Once you have your login credentials, log into Pay.gov and follow the instructions that were provided by the Department of State, Office of Designation. After you have received your user name and password, you should contact Pay.gov for any login issues.
