The Military Service Deposit Form is intended for use by federal civilian employees to make a payment on their Military Service Deposit.
Keep in mind...
- This form cannot be utilized until after receipt of Military Service Deposit - Payment Notification letter indicating the amount due and your unique identification number.
- This form is only available to employees of agencies with DFAS serviced payroll. In general, if you have a MyPay account for your federal civil service, you can continue. If your payroll is not serviced by DFAS, please contact your local finance office for guidance and payment options.
- You may choose to buy back the total deposit amount or any individual Interest Accrual Date (IAD).
- There is a minimum $25 payment required.
- Only one payment method can be used per transaction. To use multiple payment methods, please submit a separate transaction for each IAD.
- Please enter the exact amount you wish to pay for the IAD shown on your Payment notification letter. If you do not enter the exact amount, your payment will be applied to the oldest IAD account first.

- PayPal account
- Venmo account
- Debit or credit card

- See the payments you made since you created an account.
- Store payment information so you don't have to re-enter it.
- Copy a form you already submitted the next time you need to make a payment.
