As of June 7, 2024 FHA Servicers and Holders will no longer remit Partial Claim funds owed to HUD using this form.  

Servicers and Holders should make the following changes to their payment processing for Partial Claims:

• Claim Remittance Missing Documents  FHA Connection
• Claim Remittance Partial Claim Under Secured  (Partial Claim Note Amount/PCNA paid to Lender exceeds Legal document amount) FHA Connection
• Partial Claim Note Amount Correction  (correction to PCNA due to error in PC calculation) FHA Connection
• Payments on behalf of the Borrower Pay.gov - Single Family Notes Non-Lender Entry Form

Once in FHA Connection, locate the Claims Remittance for Single Family Claims function.
