Use this form to apply for admissions of an attorney to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Before you begin: Please compile all documents into one document ready to be loaded as one attachment. This includes current certificate of good standing as well as motion signed by a current bar member of USCAVC.

Attach a current and legible certificate of good standing from one of the courts specified in Rule 46 executed within the three months preceding the date of submission of this application. A letter or certificate from a district court or state bar (bold font: "will not satisfy") this requirement, unless the state bar issues on behalf of the highest Court.

This application requires a motion moved by a member of the Court's bar. To access the document please follow the instructions below, if you are applying through pay.gov. To access the "Motion" form:
1. Select ".pdf Preview" button
2. Print page 4 of the .pdf "Motion"
3. Upon completion by a member of the Court's bar, scan and upload the form to your application.
