Use this form to pay for filing fees for associated bankruptcy cases in the Western District of Oklahoma.

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma is accepting electronic payments of court fees through this Pay.gov form. A minimum fee of $1.01 is required to make an electronic payment through Pay.gov. The online payment option can NOT be used for payments generated in CM/ECF but can be used for fees such as:

  •  Case filing fees
  •  Search of Records
  •  Certifications
  •  Copies
  •  Other various fees

Please contact the Clerks Office at (405) 609-5700 to verify the fee amount before submitting a payment.

Note: A $53.00 fee applies to any payment that is returned by the U.S. Treasury for non-payment.
